Mind Professionals Expert Witness Service provides experts exclusively within health, psychology and social care across the UK.

We work with solicitors, insurers, local authorities and the courts to deliver CPR-compliant expert evidence, by sourcing, managing and supporting expert witnesses who deliver independent evidence.

Our role is to ensure that expert evidence is clear, impartial and robust, while maintaining a responsive and professional service throughout the life of a case.

We accept legally aided, privately funded and jointly instructed cases.

We support:

Instructions must be made via a legal professional.

Rather than extensive lists, we organise our services into four core areas:

Psychiatric experts: including adult, child and adolescent, forensic and subspecialist psychiatry – providing medico-legal opinion in civil, family and criminal proceedings.

Psychological experts: providing psychological assessment and opinion across a range of legal contexts.

Medical and surgical experts: covering general medical and surgical expertise relevant to legal matters.

Social care, nursing and allied health experts: including social work, nursing and allied health professionals.
